The Role

We're looking for an experienced people leader with strong Agile delivery expertise to lead our Business Analysts (BAs) and Scrum Masters / Project Managers in the Global Data Engineering & Business Intelligence (BI) function. This role is about more than managing projects it's about developing talent, shaping Agile practices, and driving high-impact data initiatives.

You'll coach and mentor a diverse team, champion Agile delivery, and partner closely with technical and business leaders to ensure we're building the right solutions in the right way. The ideal candidate combines a deep understanding of data and analytics with a track record of managing and growing high-performing teams.

What You'll Do

• Lead, inspire, and grow a team of Business Analysts and Scrum Masters, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Provide coaching and performance management, helping team members develop career paths and strengthen their skills in business analysis and Agile delivery.
• Oversee requirements gathering, documentation, and translation of business needs into technical solutions across multiple data and BI initiatives.
• Drive adoption of Agile best practices and ensure consistent delivery approaches across teams.
• Act as an escalation point for project issues, scope alignment, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
• Standardize and continuously improve BA and Scrum Master processes, templates, and tool usage.
• Balance team capacity and prioritize work to focus on the highest-value initiatives.
• Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and career development within the BA and Scrum Master community.
