Project Manager – I

Aside from the job description, can you provide an overview of what a day for this contractor will look like : Coordinate communication between PMMs, Creative team and agencies, Trailhead team, blog team, and social team about release marketing program, timelines, and deliverablesSchedule and facilitate meetings and reviews with stakeholders and follow up with next stepsKeep all deliverables organized in Google folders and spreadsheetsCommunicate updates and scheduling changes with any relevant stakeholdersFacilitate retrospectivesPlease rank your preferred top skill sets : (For Example : tools, previous experience, technologies) Requirements : Organize project planning, weekly meetings, and presentationsTrack milestones and tasks with assigned teamsIdentify and remove impediments that block the team’s ability to meet project objectivesProvide timely status reports;

introduce mitigation tactics to minimize project delivery risksFacilitate team discussions and resolve conflictCommunicate timelines and approval framework for cross team understandingOrchestrate the efforts of cross functional teams to execute on release marketing campaigns to ensure all stakeholders are updatedYou have five plus years project management experience in the digital space (required).

You have strong understanding of the process for development of release marketing materials, including product demo videos, webinars, release marketing notes, learning materials, etc.

You have outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills (verbal / presentation / written).You have proven experience working with teams across multiple departments (cross-functional groups a plus).

You have the ability to use affectively, common PM tools (Mavenlink, Basecamp, MS Project, Smartsheet, Keynote, Excel, Word, Google docs, etc.
