The Opportunity
The newly announced Corporate Function Program Management Office (CFPMO) is seeking an experienced project management (PM) leader to support the stand-up of the new organization and serve as a leader for PM enablement and day-to-day project support across the Corporate Function project portfolio.
In this highly visible role, you will report directly to the Head of the CFPMO and be accountable for setting up, facilitating, and monitoring process related to PM resources as well as providing strategic reviews and support for projects aligned to specific tollgates within the project lifecycle and based on defined PM standards.
The Team
The CFPMO was established to oversee the execution of initiatives across Corporate Finance, Enterprise Risk, Investment Management, Law, and HR & Employee Experience, as well as define and own project management standards across the company.
The team is focused on creating more visibility into this work, while enabling better improved prioritization, collaboration, and execution.

The Impact :
As the CFPMO PM Enablement & Support Lead, you will :
- Work closely with the CFPMO team, Corporate Function senior leadership, and project teams to manage and monitor PM resource project allocation, performance, and skills development to ensure consistency and enable continuous improvement of both project performance and PM talent base.
- Own key Program Management Office (PMO) capabilities, advise on and influence project planning and talent strategies, and oversee other PMO operators as well as contribute to and establish the implementation and continuous improvement strategies of the new CFPMO.
- Support stand-up of new CFPMO organization and the implementation of foundational capabilities, processes, and standards focused on enabling successful project delivery and a culture of continuous improvement .
- Establish structures and manage processes to facilitate PM resource management across Corporate Function project portfolio .
- Own enablement processes for PM community, including planning, onboarding, training, and career development .
- Coach PM resources and project teams across all phases of the project lifecycle, partnering with business readiness and change management leadership as needed .
- Perform strategic reviews of project plans across Corporate Functions, particularly for high complexity projects .
- Oversee, direct, and manage team supporting PMO operations across key capabilities and processes .
The Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of program and project management experience
- Strong understanding of project and change management methodologies
- Proficiency in project management software including but not limited to MS Project, Smartsheet, and Jira as well as dashboarding and visualization tools (e.
g., MicroStrategy, Tableau, PowerBI)
The Ideal Qualifications
- 15+ years of program and project management experience , 5+ within a PMO
- 7+ years of experience leading and managing people / teams
- 10+ years of experience leading and managing large-scale, cross-functional projects within wealth management and / or insurance industries
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
- Agile / Waterfall project management experience
- Robust knowledge and experience with best practices, especially related to communications, reporting, prioritization, capacity and resource planning, forecasting, financial planning, and performance measurement

Salary Range :
$167,800.00-$220,200.00
