Benefits (Start Day 1) :

Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with MDs, NPs, social workers, therapists, and dieticians to meet patient needs
- Implement evidence-based interventions for optimum patient outcomes
- Practice primary nursing and oversee a set of assigned patients
- Participate in care planning while supporting patient autonomy
- Mentor and coach staff, including PCAs
Requirements :
- 1 year of RN experience
- Active RN license in MA
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
