RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Lead and monitor the approval process (proto, sample, and all components) to ensure all samples arrive on time
• Manage Sample Tracker
• Manage WIP report
• Support cost negotiation with vendors
• Enter and manage all cost and cost breakdown into Exenta
• Support in sending and confirming PO’s to vendors for all orders
• Manage PO’s in Exenta
• Coordinate shipments and track the production orders to maintain on time delivery
• Closely follow up and track all test reports
• Support approving UPC tickets, care labels & other vendor sourced labels / trims

Requirements

The salary for this full-time position is dependent upon experience between $60,000 - $70,000.
