Key Responsibilities :
Meet with subject-matter experts to ensure specialized topics are appropriately addressed.
Design, develop & deliver documentation for the Database Life Cycle Management, process, & procedures
Generate innovative ideas for content and workflow solutions
Analyze information required for the development or update of policy, procedure and form documentation.
Qualifications :
5+ years in a writing or lead writing role
Proven ability to work with developers, engineers, and operations teams
Experience working with information technology life cycle management, process, & procedures documentation
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills
Ability to check all technical material for consistency and accuracy
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Ability to use common office software such as Visio, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams
