Job Description

Protouch Staffing is seeking a local contract nurse RN Care Manager for a local contract nursing job in Fort Worth, Texas.

This will be a temporary to hire role.

This is an in-person onsite position.

Work onsite location : 2716 Cullen Street, Fort Worth, TX 76107.

Work Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.

Dress code : Scrubs.

  • Required : experience in assessment skills, case management and care; EHR, technology proficiency -

    • typing skills, transportation, 2 years nursing experience

  • Preferences : experience with IDD - Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities population, ICF -Intermediate Care Facility (Residential Homes)  or HSC -Home and Community-based Services (Group Ho
