We are looking for Machine Operators to join our Cutting Department. You’ll be part of a talented production group that collaborates to deliver world-class products to our customers. This opportunity focuses on cutting printed materials into different shapes and sizes per exact specifications, in a timely manner, using a Zund digital die cutting machine.
Shifts available : Sunday through Tuesday OR Wednesday through Friday 6 : 00 PM - 6 : 00 AM (36-hour work week- Three 12-hour shifts with a rotating schedule every 4 months. Overtime Eligible.)

a high school diploma or GEDprevious work experience in printing, print operations, cutting, or machine operations a plus but not requiredthe ability to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basisOn top of that you must :
pay close attention to details on every projecthave basic computer skills, including ePace and Googlebe self-motivated, a fast learner, and show initiative to seek out customer and corporate needsplan, prioritize, coordinate, and manage your own workhave the ability to work independently, make decisions and solve moderate level problems independently, effectively and creativelycomplete projects accurately within deadlines, while meeting Company quality standardsapply effective time management and self-management skillsunderstand and maintain the confidential nature of the company, employee and customer informationIn this position you'll :
operate Zund cutting machines to form printed materials to customer specificationsperform Quality Control (QC) procedures to meet Company standardsperform maintenance of Zund machinery and equipmentperform preventative maintenance and cleaning of machines at beginning of each shiftTo get hired at The Bernard Group, you MUST be :
