Due to continued growth, we are accepting applications for Regional Truck Driver CDL A - Home Every Weekend in the Clearfield, UT area.

Compensation

  • Average annual salary is $95,000 to $100,000+ per year, which includes :

    • Activity based pay : mileage, per diem, stop pay, etc.

  • Speed / safety bonus per mile
  • Monthly profit-sharing bonus
  • Average 2300 miles / week
  • Hourly PTO pay based on tenure, $35-$50 / hour
  • Typical work week is 50-55 hours per week
  • Bi-weekly paychecks Benefits - Eligible after 60-day probation

    • Work Schedule

    Monday-Friday or Sunday-Thursday; 5 day work week; home every weekend

  • Start times vary, typically between 5am-1pm
  • Uniforms provided at no cost
  • Dock deliveries, drop & hook, some backhauls and live-unload deliveries
  • Option to unload for additional income or hire lumping service
  • Park truck at the Clearfield, UT domicile
  • Must be flexible with work schedule Responsibilities

    • Backing in and out of docks

  • Drive CDL trucks to transport materials and equipment to specific route destinations
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Checking mechanical aspects of the vehicle
  • Reporting maintenance / repair issues on tractors and trailers Requirements

    • Minimum of 2 years of CDL A tractor-trailer experience and / or 100,000 miles OTR and / or Regional required.

  • Minimum 1 year of OTR and reefer experience highly preferred
  • Current DOT Medical Card and be able to pass pre-employment DOT drug and criminal background screen
  • Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License, with air brakes endorsement.
  • Reefer experience preferred but not required
  • Experience delivering to foodservice warehouses preferred but not required
  • Be in excellent physical condition and be able to stand, sit, kneel, bend, lift, push, pull for extended periods and have normal use of senses
  • Able to work in all types of environments and under difficult conditions; hot, cold, dust, indoors, outdoors
  • Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Must pass pre-hire drug screen and physical
  • Be able to lift, push, pull 65 pounds with no assistance
