Competitive Pay : $50,000 - $58,000 / year + credit for experience

Schedule : Full-time M-F (8 AM - 5 PM) with a weekend rotation

What You'll Do :

  • Embrace a resident-centered approach, treating every individual with unwavering dignity, regardless of their disease, diagnosis, or progression.
  • Serve as the primary customer service representative to residents and families.
  • Working with the Care Team, assisting residents with obtaining services that best match their needs.
  • Make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents.

What You'll Need :

  • High school diploma or GED - Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • Minimum of one year experience in a customer service position, preferably in real estate, senior living communities or hospitality services.
