E-Commerce - Customer Service

Seasonal Position

Start Date : October 27, 2025, may run until January 2026 depending on workload. Hours of Operation : Mondays through Sundays; Shifts : varies; Required Holidays : scheduled days will vary Black Friday 11 / 23 & Cyber Monday 11 / 26 (as well as the weekend in between : 11 / 24, 11 / 25, 11 / 26) CLOSED on 11 / 22 (Thanksgiving), 12 / 25 (Christmas Day), 1 / 1 (New Year's Day)

Essential Duties And Responsibilities :

• Assisting customers via phone, email, and chat regarding placing orders, order confirmation, product / promotion questions, shipping status, returns, etc. with the goal of increasing business, customer satisfaction, and retention.
• Work directly with customers to resolve order-related issues.
• Work closely with manager to improve customer service related operations.
• Assist with warehouse fulfillment center to ensure smooth order process.
• Log and track incoming and outgoing telephone calls, as well as report call volume data and issues to management following established guidelines and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned and apparent.
