- $30k sign-on bonus; relocation assistance available
- 4 weeks of vacation time and 6 holidays; 1 week of CME time
- Malpractice coverage, retirement package, life insurance, and medical benefits
- Must be board certified or board eligible
- No call and no weekends for this employed position
- Interventional pain management with some pharmaceutical management in combination with therapies
- Monday through Thursday from 8 am - 5 pm and Fridays from 8 am to 12 pm
