Job Description
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent with a minimum of 5 years in the field. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing day-to-day construction operations while maintaining clear and effective communication with Owners, Architects, Engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily project activities on site
- Read, interpret, and apply construction blueprints
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and vendors
- Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure timelines and budgets are met
- Maintain strong communication with Owners, Architects, and Engineers
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
