An exciting biopharmaceutical company looking to bring on a dynamic and experienced professional to join their team in the role of Senior Manager / Associate Director, Clinical Outsourcing.
In this position, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our clinical outsourcing activities to ensure the successful execution of our clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities :
- Vendor Selection and Management : Lead the process of identifying, selecting, and managing external vendors for various clinical outsourcing needs.
- Contract Negotiation : Drive negotiations with vendors to establish mutually beneficial agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Budget Oversight : Manage the budget for clinical outsourcing activities, monitoring costs and identifying opportunities for cost optimization.
- Risk Management : Proactively identify and address potential risks associated with outsourcing activities, developing and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Clinical Operations, Project Management, and Finance, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of outsourcing strategies.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Extensive experience in clinical outsourcing within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and optimize costs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams.
