Production Supervisor
SUMMARY :
The Production Supervisor specializes in value-added fabrication of belt, hose, and cut and molded products.
JOB DUTIES
Maintains a safe, organized, respectful, productive work environment that promotes teamwork.
Ensures production and customer satisfaction are achieved by the team.
Utilizes the ERP, warehouse management, and scheduling systems proficiently.
Creates, adjusts, and communicates production schedules.
Actively engages in management performance and developing reports by regularly communicating standards and expectations and holding the team accountable.
Discuss business unit needs and improves projects with operations management and technical services.
Creates and improves department processes by utilizing lean manufacturing tools and methods.
Responds to emergencies as a trainer First Responder.
Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Typically requires a high school diploma and three (3) or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
Strong leadership, decision making, and problem solving skills.
Strong interpersonal skills including speaking and listening for understanding.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to motivate and develop others as well as handle conflict while maintaining self-control.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS :
Ability to bend, reach, push, and pull and lift and / or move 10 to 50 pounds.

The anticipated pay range for this role is $69,000 - $90,000 annually / hourly, which represents our good faith and reasonable estimate of the starting pay range at the time of posting.
The actual offered rate for this position will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors, including qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data and consideration of internal equity.
