This isa pivotal role within the team where you will assist in managing avariety of exciting projects ensuring projects are delivered ontime within budget and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities :
- Develop project scopes prepare comprehensivecost proposals and negotiate contractterms.
- Create manage and monitor projectbudgets schedules and resource allocations to ensure efficiency andadherence to timelines.
- Cultivate andstrengthen client relationships through effective communication andproactive engagement.
- Supervise mentor andsupport team members in their professional growth and projectresponsibilities.
- Maintain rigorous qualitycontrol standards throughout all project phases to deliverhighquality results.
- Apply extensive technicalexpertise and civil engineering knowledge to address projectchallenges and requirementseffectively.
- Utilize advanced technical skillsincluding proficiency in AutoCAD Civil3D to develop designs forland development projects.
- Demonstrate strongjudgment organizational skills and attention to detail in allaspects of project management to achieve excellence in clientservice and project outcomes.
Qualifications :
- B.S. in Civil Engineering
- 8years relevant experience
- Licensed ProfessionalEngineer (PE) in Arizona or the ability to obtain this within 3months
- Demonstrated experience planningorganizing supervising and coordinating technical work to thehighest of standards
- Proven track record ofsuccessful client interaction including initiating contactsnegotiating contracts ensuring client satisfaction and securingreferrals
- Civil3D knowledge and capabilities aplus
