The ContinuousImprovement Manager is responsible for collecting, analyzing and interpretingproduction data to drive transformational improvement while also assisting inmentoring and leading the facility through change management.

Primary objectivesinclude cost reduction, safety and quality improvements, process efficiency andchange management.

Essential Dutiesand Responsibilities :

Collects, analyzes, and interprets productiondata to drive performance and fact-based decision making.

Assists in training on leantools, analysis, root cause problem solving, and structuring ofimplementation planning requirements for all operational areas.

Coaches, mentors, and guideslocal production unit leadership to drive daily performance through theOperations Management System.

Coaches, mentors and guideslocal production engineering team.

Drives accountability andfosters local ownership of key operational initiatives to ensuresustainability and scalability.

Serves as a change agent tofoster a continuous improvement culture at local production unit.

Identifies and schedulestransformation deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.

Plans, manages, analyzes,and delivers data for progress reviews.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements :

Minimum 3 years of experience with continuousimprovement within manufacturing.

Possessanalytical ability to break down complex problems into manageable pieces,creative thinking, analysis and fact-based data collection.

Strong oral and written communications skillsto act as a change agent.

Proficient at building trusting relationshipswhile motivating / influencing others to adopt new best practices throughdata driven discussion.

Leadership skills and ability to motivatepersonnel and drive positive change within the organization.

Self-starter that is adept at takinginitiative and setting, pursuing and obtaining high goals.

Highly skilled in Lean and six sigma toolswhere concept was proven.

Green Belt or equivalent certificationpreferred, but not required.

Lean enterprise or office transformationexperience.

Strong organization and multi-tasking skills.

Highly skilled in Microsoft Office,specifically PowerPoint and Excel

Skilled in Minitab and data analysis
