Labor & Employment Counsel - Global Entertainment Company
We have partnered with a leading entertainment company seeking a talented Labor and Employment Attorney to join their legal team in Orlando, FL.
This individual will play a pivotal role in providing legal counsel on labor and employment matters. Your expertise will drive compliance and best practices across our North American operations.
Responsibilities :
- Provide legal advice on labor law, employee relations and compliance matters
- Manage and respond to EEOC complaints and other administrative agency charges
- Stay abreast of relevant labor laws in CA, NY and FL
- Drive strategy employment related issues alongside internal teams and stakeholders and outside counsel as needed
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience practicing labor & employment law
- Expertise in employee relations, labor law and compliance matters
- Must have experience working with California labor laws
- Familiarity with New York and Florida laws (preferred)
- JD from an accredited university
