Ed Voyles Collision Center is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
As a key member of our Customer Service Relations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Location : Marietta, GA
Type : Full-time
Responsibilities :
- Customer Assistance : Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Issue Resolution : Effectively address customer inquiries, concerns, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to accurately assist customers.
- Order Processing : Handle order entries, tracking, and processing in a timely and accurate manner.
- Communication : Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, colleagues, and other departments.
- Documentation : Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Feedback Analysis : Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications :
- High School Diploma / GED; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
