Senior Instructional Designer

A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer for the Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Office.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute learning objectives, curriculum, content, and evaluation plans for educational courses

Analyze curriculum design, content delivery, and facilitation strategies

Deliver complex content empathetically to diverse audiences while ensuring high fidelity of training activities

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in instructional design, education, psychology, public health, or a related field

7+ years of directly related experience (10+ years total work experience)

Experience with learning analysis, curriculum design, and content delivery

Familiarity with Learning Management Systems such as JKO

Ability to obtain a security clearance
