Position Highlights :

• Position : Advanced Practice Provider (APN / PA) - Fellow - Emergency Medicine
• Location : Evanston Hospital, Evanston, IL
• Full Time / Part Time : Full Time, 40 hours per week
• Hours : Start / end times and shifts will vary. Rotating weekends and holidays required.
• Required Travel : All NorthShore hospitals

What you will do :

• Knowledge and demonstration of NorthShore customer service standards.
• Provide comprehensive health assessments, differential diagnosis, and prescribe treatments under the protocol in the direct management of acute and chronic illness and disease
• Provide patient education to promote wellness and prevent illness and injury for individuals, families, and communities.
• Work autonomously and in interdisciplinary team

What you will need :

License : Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) Licensure in the State of IL required;

Federal DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License required

• Education : Master's Degree in specialty area
• Certification : BLS for Healthcare Provider certification required
