Managing Consultant, Due Diligence (EHS / ESG)

ERM is seeking a Managing Consultant, Due Diligence (EHS / ESG) to join our growing Transaction Advisory (M&A) team in our Houston / Austin / Baton Rouge / New Orleans office. Our Mergers & Acquisitions team is currently going through a period of significant growth in the market while also servicing an existing large client base. To support the successful delivery, ERM is seeking experienced Managing Consultants to manage and deliver a range of projects, while working with ERM's subject matter expert teams on related follow-on project tasks. In this role, the successful candidate will focus on ESG and EHS due diligence and delivery of portfolio due diligence and ESG advisory projects for clients in a variety of sectors, including O&G, infrastructure, manufacturing, private equity and finance sector.

Responsibilities :

• Deliver medium to large size due diligence and EHS and ESG advisory projects from local to global scale for private equity and corporate clients.
• Analyze information to understand and articulate commercial consequences of environmental, health, and safety as well as social and climate change issues.
• Collaborate across regions and global practice communities.
• Establish strong working relationships with clients through project delivery.
• Advising clients on liabilities, risks and opportunities associated with transactions.
