What does a successful Client Support Professional do at Fiserv :
We are seeking a Client Support Professional to support public sector clients. Our Government team works hand-in-hand with Federal, state and municipal government, as well as non-profits, higher education and utilities across the United States.
You’re a great fit if you are passionate about building strong business relationships, communicating with clients regularly as a key day-to-day point of contact for solving problems.
What will you do :
- Identifies, analyses, researches, and resolves inquiries on all aspects relating to the Managed Service Fee Model
- Ensures complete and prompt resolution for moderate to complex inquiries from clients directly and other areas within Fiserv
- Provide consultation to clients on Fiserv products and provide technical, functional, and operational support thus acting as a single point of contact for acquiring and issuing business
- Handle and troubleshoot critical incidents, interface with development, operations, and support teams and engage with senior management
- Create and maintain accurate and up to date Client profiles to include contract information, communication logs, and product matrix
What you will need to have :
- 3-5 years financial skill set to analyze merchant account set-up to ensure we minimize the interchange and card brand fees
- 3 years proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and One Note
- Ability to utilize internal Fiserv reporting to generate program revenue Results
- Developed information seeking / analysis skills with the ability to communicate to foster desired / positive client experiences
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience
What would be great to have :
- Accounting or Business degree from a 4-year accredited college or equivalent experience
- Government financial management experience
- Familiarity with internal Fiserv systems and solutions
Salary Range
$72,400.00 - $124,100.00
These pay ranges apply to employees in New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
