Pave Talent is hiring on behalf of our client, a world-class medical device manufacturing company specializing in injection molding, plastics, and silicone molding.
We are seeking a dedicated Process Engineer to join their innovative team. This hands-on role will focus on troubleshooting, improving processes, and supporting first-shift operations.
The position is located in Butler, WI, with relocation assistance available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide process and technical support in injection and compression / transfer molding.
- Ensure new products are ready for production with input to Tooling, Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ).
- Develop and deploy scientific molding principles to optimize and control processes.
- Support, assess, and qualify processes for transfer tooling programs.
- Perform initial setups for new and supplied molds and document process optimizations.
- Develop training materials and train process and setup technicians.
- Employ problem-solving and continual improvement techniques.
- Evaluate and improve existing production jobs to achieve productivity gains in material, labor, and overhead.
- Interface with cross-functional team members to resolve root problems and meet plant objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on molding Process Engineering experience.
- Technical degree (Bachelor's) preferred; comparable work experience considered.
- Knowledge and experience with a variety of materials and molding process equipment.
- Experience with secondaries such as deflashing, pad printing, sonic welding, and milling.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to apply scientific principles in a production setting.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, hands-on approach, and a strong team player.
