Job Title : Part-Time Nurse Practitioner - IV Hydration, Injection, and Infusion Specialist

Overview : We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with experience in high-stress healthcare environments who is now looking for a rewarding part-time position administering IV hydration, injections, and infusions.

This role offers a flexible schedule, making it ideal for new mothers or semi-retired NPs seeking a slower-paced yet fulfilling job.

Responsibilities :

• Administer intravenous hydration therapies, injections, and infusions as prescribed by healthcare providers. Under the standing order of the Medical Director.
• Monitor patients during infusions to ensure safety and effectiveness.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs monitoring and health history reviews.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient visits, treatments administered, and patient responses.
• Educate patients on treatment procedures, potential side effects, and post-infusion care.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sterility of treatment rooms and equipment.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations and guidelines.
• Facilitating nutrient consultations.
• Assisting clients over the phone, facilitating the schedule, rescheduling, and cancellations.

Qualifications :

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in NV.
• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (ANCC or AANP).
• Previous experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a clinical setting preferred.
• Proficiency in administering IV therapies, injections, and infusions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Empathy and compassion towards patients.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and patient needs.

About Us : We are hiring a part-time Nurse Practitioner to join our BioworX family in Sparks, NV. Tentative opening date of August 28, 2024.
