COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION MULTIFAMILY PROJECT MANAGER / APM
Industry leading Developer / Builder is looking to add a construction Multifamily Project Manager / APM to their team and grow! Are you a self-motivated construction professional looking for career advancement?
CONSTRUCTION MULTIFAMILY PROJECT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a lead Project Manager role
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry
- garden style, Podium style work.
- Ability to manage and run projects from start to finish
- Strong communication skills with Superintendent's, Subcontractor’s, and Owner's
- Maintain the job schedule to bring projects in on time and under budget
- Daily logs of job activity including compiling change orders in a timely manner
- Ability to identify and solve problems
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
