Job Title : Weekend Home Health PTA Flexible Saturdays & Sundays

Company : Home Health Care, Inc.

Schedule : Saturdays AND Sundays Only (every or every-other weekend) Pay : $42 - $46 per visit + Mileage reimbursement between clients

What Youll Do :

Assist PTs with evaluations and carry out rehab plans in patients' homes

Lead functional mobility and strength-building exercises

Provide documentation and communicate changes to the care team

Educate patients and families on home therapy routines

Qualifications :

Licensed PTA in Minnesota

Strong communication and patient-care skills

Weekend availability + reliable transportation
