Our model of care is patient-centered, collaborative, and multidisciplinary.We are seeking a dynamic Primary Care Physician to join our Family Medicine team at our outpatient clinical headquarters, located just steps away from Boston’s historic Fenway Park! You’ll join a full staff committed to serving the city’s underserved patient population, including the LGBTQ community, BIPOC communities, and individuals living with HIV / AIDS.

As a Primary Care Physician with Fenway Health, you will : Provides direct medical services to Fenway Health patients including conducting physical exams, ordering and interpreting tests, formulating diagnosis & treatment plans, and prescribing medicationProvide psychosocial screening and evaluation to patientsProvide supervision to mid-level practitioners and trainees including helping set up diagnosis and treatment plansFenway Health offers fantastic benefits including : Generous paid time off including 4 weeks paid vacation, 9 sick days, and 12 paid holidays.

RequirementsMD or DO degreeCurrent Massachusetts licenseBoard eligibility or certification in family medicine, internal medicine, or medicine / pediatricsCurrent AAHIVM credentials or ability to obtain credentials within 2 years of hireAbility to work harmoniously and effectively with colleagues, patients, clients and vendors across the spectrum of diversity, including but not limited to race, ethnicity, color, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, socio-economic status, national origin and immigrant status, religious or spiritual identity, disability (physical, mental, emotional and developmental), veteran status, and / or limited English proficiency.
