Job Description : We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in critical illness / long term acute care to join our team in Richmond, VA.

This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact on patient health within a supportive and dynamic clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a LTAC setting.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Educate patients and their families on managing illnesses or injuries and maintaining overall health.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Monitor patients' progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.

Qualifications :

  • Active RN license in the state of Delaware or a compact license.
  • Minimum 1 year critical illness / LTAC, Med Surg Tele, or ICU experience required .
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
