Summary
Perform a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management including external business partners. Manages schedule(s), coordinate, travel arrangements and processes business expenses.
Coordinates meetings and events, department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations. Manages procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships.
Provides general office support. Serves as the department / group contact. Completes special projects as assigned.
Typical Day in the Role
- Support the team in a variety of ways particularly assisting with swag (ordering / tracking / shipping / organizing)
- Collaboration with sponsor and varies day to day
- Swag support
- Maintaining databases
- Tracking inventory
- Managing facilities requests
- Coordinating events / lunches / team meetings
- Managing incentive and prize orders. Some clerical work
Candidate Requirements
- 5-7 overall years of experience in the field.
- Background in onsite events / building / large teams.
- Experience at a large company or with a start-up.
- Collaborative and ready to work and ask questions (proactive thinker)
- Minimum 2 years experience with swag / inventory
- Minimum 2 years experience with hospitality
- Minimum 2 years experience with building liaison / management
