Job Description :
As the Capital Markets Manager, You will :
- Collaborate closely with the SVP of Capital Markets.
- Create and manage corporate and project finance models to evaluate project and partnership performance and investment valuations.
- Aid in the negotiation of term sheets, credit agreements, strategic joint ventures, and other financial documents.
- Assist in the capital structuring and underwriting processes for EnergyRe, including M&A targets and acquisition financing.
Qualifications :
- Over 5 years of relevant experience in project finance, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Proven experience in the renewable energy sector, including solar, wind, storage, and tax equity.
