Sherman Oaks (Hybrid : 3 days office-based, two days work from home). Desirable candidates could have the flexibility to work in-office from Monday to Thursday.
Job Brief :
We are seeking a diligent Corporate Paralegal to join our vibrant team. The office is a cool, fun place to work, located in the heart of Sherman Oaks and equipped with an amazing kitchen and snack bar.
Key Responsibilities :
- Managing general corporate matters
- Responsible for corporate filings
- Organize and manage contracts using internal software - One Drive.
- Review contracts on a regular basis to ensure all requirements are met and up-to-date.
Job Requirements :
- Proven experience in entity filing.
- Demonstratable skills in organizing contracts.
- Ability in reviewing and understanding various contracts.
