Professional experience :
- Minimum 5 years management experience in import operations.
- Proven track record of leading an operations team.
- Familiar with day to day operations
- Documentation handling
- Dealing with shipping lines, trucking companies and warehouses
- Ability to work in high pressure environment
- Customer driven
- Technologically savvy
- Only candidates with prior experience having worked for a freight forwarder need apply.
