Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct detailed speech and language evaluations to determine student needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders.
• Deliver speech therapy services in both individual and group settings.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
• Actively participate in IEP meetings, providing valuable input on speech and language needs.
• Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology to provide top-quality care.

Requirements :

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid Maryland license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred, though Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply.
• Experience working with school-aged children is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and consistently meet deadlines.
• A passion for helping students achieve their full potential.

Additional Information :

• This is a full-time position, requiring 35 hours per week.
• The caseload includes students from Pre K through 12.
