Key Responsibilities :

• Evaluate, diagnose, and provide treatment for individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings and individual patient needs.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
• Maintain precise documentation of patient progress and therapy sessions.
• Educate patients and their families on effective communication strategies and techniques.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices through ongoing professional development.

Qualifications :

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Valid Illinois state license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
• Previous clinical experience is advantageous, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
