Responsibilities
- Your relationship-building skill set will be put to use by fostering strong relationships with clients to maintain client retention and satisfaction with follow-up appointments
- With your keen attention to detail , youll be assisting clients with policy changes , updating client information , and scheduling appointments
- Use your savvy skills to cross-selling and rounding out client accounts
- Your outstanding customer service skills will be essential in educating and advising clients on their policies
Requirements
- A Property & Casualty license is a bonus .
- Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
- A team player who is goal-oriented with a positive attitude
- Tech-savvy, with basic computer software knowledge, and self-starter with the ability to prioritize.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including professional phone and office etiquette .
