Soliant Health is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in the charming city of Bennettsville, South Carolina.
As an Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals in need of rehabilitative services.
Responsibilities :
- Evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop personalized treatment plans to promote independence and improve quality of life.
- Provide individualized therapy sessions to address deficits in fine motor skills, activities of daily living, and sensory integration.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to ensure holistic patient care.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and strategies for maximizing independence.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions.
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- South Carolina state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
