The staff nurse is a registered nurse who performs and coordinates total nursing care for patients, participates in patient and family teaching, and provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing staff and other patient care personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice.

Charge Nurse :
The charge nurse is a registered nurse who has been designated by the Director of Nursing to direct and supervise the activities of all unit staff to maintain high standards of professional care.
Shift is 36 hours per week
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of a School of Nursing
- One (1) year mental health experience preferred.
- Must have / obtain a current RN license in Washington State; Current CPR, CPR-First Aide, BLS (AHA) or ACLS required.
- Bilingual and / or English-Spanish speaking preferred. Ability to work with culturally diverse population.
Salary Range : $33.21- $61.08
This is a Union position.
Sign on bonus (pro-rated for part time positions) :
- $10,000 for new graduates
- $15,000 for 1-3 years of experience
- $25,000 for 3+ years of experience
