Our Am Law 25 law firm client is seeking a real estate associate for its LA or OC office. This position affords significant client interaction and requires a high level of responsibility within a team-oriented environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience working on a variety of sophisticated real estate transactions, including :
- Joint ventures,
- Fund formations,
- Secured financings, and / or;
- Acquisitions / dispositions
Candidates should have excellent drafting and negotiating skills and a solid academic background. This is an excellent opportunity for a real estate attorney interested in joining a vibrant practice within one of the world's premier global law firms.
