Scientific Business Systems Analyst

Zifo is growing! We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst with prior GxP experience. The individual will support strategic projects for R&D division at pharmaceutical and biotech customers.

The individual will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing customer needs and gaps to propose solutions for the desired state.

He or she will have to work with business users and client managers in conjunction with the internal Zifo support team.

Requirements

Responsibilities :

• Review Business processes and systems
• Provide on site Business Analysis support for scientific groups
• Maintain and provide implementation support for ELN / LIMS
• Evaluate Industry trends to identify areas for optimization.
• Develop recommendations and future state strategy
• Perform Gap Analysis, Define Future state process workflows and data models
• Produce and deliver required documents and reports to customers

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree or equivalent in a life science or health care field required
• Strong background in biology and chemistry with lab experience
• 2-5 years as a Business systems consultant / analyst in the pharmaceutical / life sciences industry
