Staff / Senior Web Engineer
Location : San Francisco
Base Salary Range : $162,000 to $297,000

What you'll do :
As a Web Engineer at X, you will be instrumental in driving the technological advancement of our platform. Your role will include :
Developing and refining web applications using Relay, GraphQL, React Native for Web / React, Flow and Redux
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ideate and implement new features.
Conducting code reviews and mentoring junior developers.
Who you are :
We're seeking a Web Engineer who is not only skilled but passionate about our mission and eager to make a substantial impact.
The ideal candidate will possess :
5+ years of experience in web development, with a focus on JavaScript.
Deep knowledge of Relay, GraphQL, React Native for Web / React, Flow, and Redux.
A track record of building high-quality, scalable web applications.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, fostering effective collaboration.
