Description : Administrative Assistant, Finance Full Time
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about supporting a mission-driven team? Bishop Gadsden is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our Finance Office.
This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing exceptional service to our residents and staff.
What You’ll Do :
As the first point of contact for the Finance Office, you’ll play a key role in both administrative and financial support functions :
Front Desk & Resident Support :
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Assist residents with billing questions and statement reprints
- Provide notary services to residents and staff
Financial Operations :
Process daily check and cash depositsReconcile petty cash accounts monthlyEnter invoices and scan bank statementsPrepare and distribute monthly resident billing statementsReconcile credit card statements and process in-house paymentsAdministrative Support :
Assist with annual finance letters (rate increases, tax letters)Prepare miscellaneous receivable invoicesSupport residents and CPAs with yearly transaction ledgersCollaborate closely with the Revenue Manager and Finance teamRequirements : What You Bring :
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)Strong communication skills—both written and verbalAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasksComfort with numbers and financial documentationA courteous, professional demeanor and a team-first attitudeAdditional Expectations :
