Under the leadership of owner Mitch Edelson the legacies of these iconic spaces continue to grow while catering to a broad cross section of artists, genres and cultures.
CHIVALRY is currently looking for an experiences Nightlife Security Manager at Catch One.
Key Responsibilities :
- Security Oversight : Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property.
- Team Management : Recruit, train, and supervise security personnel, ensuring all team members are well-prepared and knowledgeable.
- Incident Response : Respond to emergencies and incidents, coordinating with law enforcement and emergency services as necessary.
- Risk Assessment : Conduct regular assessments of security risks and vulnerabilities, implementing measures to mitigate them.
- Guest Relations : Foster a positive atmosphere by maintaining visibility and approachability, addressing any guest concerns promptly.
- Compliance : Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to safety and security.
- Reporting : Maintain accurate records of incidents and prepare reports for management.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in security management, preferably in a nightlife or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to nightclub operations.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively.
- Certification in security management or related field is a plus.
Benefits :
The expected annual salary for this position is $65,000. CHIVALRY offers a comprehensive medical package with paid time off.
