Electrical Engineer FPGAASIC
Job Title : Electrical SystemEngineer

Responsibilities :
- Developfirmware requirements in coordination with systems engineeringhardware engineering software engineering and subsystemowners
- Develop FPGA / ASIC designs andimplementations utilizing hardware descriptionlanguages.
- Perform verification utilizingtechniques such as simulation SystemVerilog OVM and UVM.
- Author tests documentation and participate in designreviews
- Experience with multiple clock domainsdesign.
- Knowledge with domain crossings (CDC) : design verification and debugging.
- 10% travelto other Blue Origin locations for various meetings or largescalecompany events.
Qualifications :
- B.S. degree incomputer engineering electrical engineering computer science orequivalent experience.
- 5 years of FPGA / ASICdesign and verification work experience
- Demonstrated firmware development skills in realtimeembedded systems particularly inVerilog / SystemVerilog / VHDL.
- Experiencedesigning developing and verifying highperformance FPGA or ASICsolutions for use in highly integrated (SW and HW)systems.
- Experience with Python LatticeSynplify Testbench.
- Working knowledge of NPR7150.2 DO254 or other safetycritical software standard
- Ability to earn trust maintain positive and professionalrelationships and build a culture of collaboration
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national U.S. permanentresident (current Green Card holder) or lawfully admitted into theU.S.
as a refugee or granted asylum.
Desired :
- 8 years ofFPGA / ASIC development experience.
- Experiencewith Modelsim or Questasim simulators and Synopsys tools for designfrom vendors such as Microchip Xilinx and / or Altera
- Experience utilizing Xilinx Vivado and / or Client Quartusdevelopment platforms to successfully build test and deployhardware implementations
- Working knowledge ofNPR 7150.2 DO254 or other safetycritical softwarestandard
