Trust & Estates Attorney
Our client, a full-service law firm, is seeking a dedicated, motivated attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning (and drafting) and estate administration.
Institutional representation, tax, elder law experience, and special needs planning experience, a plus.
The position can be based in either of our New York City or Uniondale, Long Island offices.
Educational / Experience Requirements
- JD degree required with excellent academic credentials.
- Admitted and in good standing in New York; admission to New Jersey bar is a plus.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Strong professional judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally to internal and external clients.
- Proactiveness, resourcefulness, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and multi-task required.
Salary : Competitive salary, an excellent benefits package and a collaborative, friendly environment.
The salary range for this role is $145,000 to $175,000.
Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
