This is a fully onsite role during training, with potential to transition to hybrid work after successful completion of the training period.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to member inquiries in a high-volume, structured contact centerProvide detailed information about financial products and servicesConduct transactions related to savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and moreAdvise members on additional products and services that meet their needsHandle 80–100+ calls daily with professionalism and accuracyQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required1–2 years of recent customer service experience (call center, retail, admin, or sales)Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mentally demanding environmentStrong interpersonal and communication skillsProficient in computer use and data entryPrevious remote or hybrid work experience is a plusPay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50 / hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
