POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a Generalist Architect who can help contribute to the overall excellence of work delivered by the firm.
REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
- Minimum 6-8 years of post-bachelor degree Architecture firm experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or another related field
- Possess an innovative style and an interest in sustainability issues and research and development
- Must have experience working in High-end Hospitality mainly, but a variety of experience with other projects such as residential, mixed-use commercial, and Workplace is desirable
- Highly collaborative by nature, with the willingness to approach every project with creativity
- An innate desire to produce meaningful work with strong design skills
- Detail and task-oriented with a passion for excellence
- Pro-active and dynamic in their skills and leadership
BENEFITS
At the time of posting this job, the hiring range for this position in Seattle is between $78,000 and $84,000 annually. Final salary decisions are made based upon the candidate’s education and experience and considering internal equity and external market factors.
