Positional Overview
Imagine Staffing is recruiting for a Real Estate Branch Sales Manager on behalf of our client, a prominent real estate firm with extensive operations in the Boston, MA area (and beyond).

Role & Responsibilit y :
Tasks That Will Lead To Your Success
- Responsible for the overall profitability (P&L) of assigned branch.
- Overseeing and assisting agents in the office / region to raise the level of success through delivering motivation, advisement, constructive criticism, and praise as needed.
- Recruiting, onboarding, training, and coaching newly licensed and veteran real estate agents.
- Act as a centralized resource for agents, assist with deal doctoring, and lead the team to maximize performance and productivity.
- Ensuring compliance and governance of all established company policies and procedures.
- Overseeing Office Administrator’s daily activities and duties to maximize their support of agents.
- Helping address and resolve customer issues in an efficient, professional manner.
- Promoting a positive culture, work environment, and atmosphere to instill teamwork within the branch.
Skills & Experience :
Qualifications That Will Help You Thrive
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Associate Degree or less education required if candidate has multiple years of experience in managing a real estate branch.
- Massachusetts Real Estate License a plus.
- 2+ years of real estate experience, whether as an agent or manager; familiarity with industry terms, market trends, and general business acumen.
- Exceptional interpersonal / communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be computer literate with proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn and master new programs, technology, platforms, and systems.
- Must have a positive attitude / mindset with high energy, optimism, a can-do approach, and the highest ethical standards.
- Customer-focused with a concentration on exceptional customer experience.
- Must be detail-oriented, meticulous, and organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to effectively multitask and juggle numerous projects / duties / deadlines simultaneously.
