We’re looking for an Entry-Level Assistant Manager who’s passionate about leadership, outreach, and professional growth.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead daily operations of nonprofit fundraising and outreach campaigns Coach, motivate, and develop your team to achieve outreach goals Represent nonprofit partners at live events and community activations Oversee event logistics including setup, scheduling, and onsite coordination Track performance metrics and provide constructive feedback for improvement Participate in leadership training, workshops, and strategy sessions Support ongoing campaign growth and long-term client success Who You Are : Strong communicator and natural leader with problem-solving skills Goal-oriented, proactive, and coachable with a hands-on approach Passionate about nonprofits, advocacy, and community engagement High school diploma or GED required (college coursework a plus) 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
