Rockstar Games is seeking a Trust & Safety Senior Program Manager to join our growing team in NYC. This role will provide strategic and programming support to our Trust & Safety team.

They will be responsible for managing the Trust & Safety team roadmap and implementation, as well as cross-functional alignment and communication between internal teams.

The successful candidate will have experience in Trust & Safety, strategic initiatives, and project management.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Manhattan, NYC headquarters.

WHAT WE DO

  • We reduce the exposure to harm and other forms of abuse in our online games.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Promote Trust & Safety program excellence
  • Coordinate strategic planning and implementation
  • Design and implement Trust & Safety initiatives to address emerging needs in cooperation with members of the Trust & Safety team
  • Drive visibility and communication on the Trust & Safety Roadmap with diverse stakeholders
  • Organize meetings and implement cross-functional communication and updates between internal teams

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Trust & Safety experience and dedication to building world-class online safety solutions
  • Experience in program and project management
  • Demonstrated ability to design, own, and improve processes with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with Trust & Safety metrics and key performance indicators

SKILLS

  • Program management, process improvement, and cross-functional workflows
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with experience working with global partners
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete action plans
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to drive results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

The pay range for this position in New York State (inclusive of New York City) at the start of employment is expected to be between the range below* per year.

However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.

Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and / or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits.

If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department / team performance, and market factors.

NY Base Pay Range

$101,100-$141,600 USD
